Crispy, clean, crushable, and hand crafted – those words describe the essence of this beer, to a tee.

We brew this light American lager with an emphasis on drinkability, but with an attention to flavor, down to 
the nitty gritty details.

It all starts with high quality ingredients – we utilize locally grown and malted barley in 
brewing this beer, providing enhanced flavor as well as subtle and unique characteristics that you’re just not 
going to find in most macro lagers.

We carefully and thoughtfully selected New Zealand grown hops, primarily for 
their subtle tropical and zesty flavor. We added these hops to the brew with a light hand, aiming for a subtle, clean  bitterness to balance the lightly toasty, bready malt profile. We ratchet up the attention to detail in our cellar,  where we carefully ferment this beer with a clean, Norwegian yeast strain renowned for producing stellar, clean,  crushable beers. After conditioning, we cold filter this beer to a brilliant clarity, allowing the subtle malt and hop flavors to shine with every sip. 

A light and refreshing lager, plain and simple, but brewed with an emphasis on high quality ingredients and 
attention to detail.

APPEARANCE – Pale golden / straw, clear

AROMA – Light lemon citrus, light herbal, light bready malt sweetness

FLAVOR – Light grassy, herbal, and lemon citrus notes up front fading to a light bready sweetness in the middle, ends with a cracker-like,
